Billy Fowler has been involved in Christian ministry for over thirty years. Many of those years were served as evangelist. Having pastored for over ten years, they know the burdens, trials and responsibilities of a pastor. As evangelist, they  cross cultural and racial boundaries to minister to the whole body of Christ regardless of denomination.

Their desire is to see souls saved, people healed and the body of Christ empowered by the Holy Spirit in these last days. Because of this burden, they make themselves available for ministry. They are available to minister in your church for weekends or revivals.
